Drone Policy

CSCS does not allow the operation of unauthorized drones at any of our events. 

All drone operators must agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All drones shall be registered with CSCS using the registration form below.

2. All drone operators must agree to check in with the drone team lead on the day of the event, and shall not fly until they have checked in.

3. All drone operators must agree to attend the Drone Operator Meeting which will take place on the day of the event. The drone team lead will be present for check-ins. If for any reason a drone operator is not able to attend the meeting, they must seek out and check in with the drone team lead before flying.

4. All drone operators shall follow the procedures and flight plans set out by the drone team lead. 

5. CSCS retains the right to revoke authorization of any drone at any time.
