Drone Policy

CSCS Round 4 @ SHANNONVILLE: NO DRONES PERMITTED DUE TO FACILITY RULES

CSCS does not allow the operation of unauthorized drones at any of our events. 

All drone operators must agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All drone operators wishing to be authorized shall first apply with CSCS using the registration form below. The decision on your authorization shall be made by the drone team lead on the day of the event.

2. All drone operators must agree to check in with the drone team lead on the day of the event, and shall not fly until they have checked in and confirmed with the team lead that they are authorized to fly.

3. All drone operators must agree to attend the Drone Operator Meeting which will take place on the day of the event. The drone team lead will be present for check-ins. If for any reason a drone operator is not able to attend the meeting, they must seek out and check in with the drone team lead before flying. Under NO circumstances shall a drone operator fly without direct and explicit authorization.

4. All drone operators shall follow the procedures and flight plans set out by the drone team lead. 

5. CSCS retains the right to revoke authorization of any drone at any time. 

6. By registering below, you agree to provide CSCS with raw footage you capture at our event, and agree to its promotional use (with credit). Our media team will reach out to you via the information you provide. 

7. Failure to comply with the policy as outlined herein will result in your immediate ejection from the event. No refunds.
